These Terms govern your use of HelloElectri. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
1. About these Terms
HelloElectri ("HelloElectri", "we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile and web application that helps electrical contractors manage sites, crew attendance, salaries, expenses, billing, and profit ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and HelloElectri. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- You can sign up with Google or an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- New accounts may be reviewed and approved before access is granted. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
- You agree to provide accurate information (including your name and phone number) and to keep it up to date.
3. Free trial & subscription
- New approved accounts include a 3-month free trial. No payment card is required to start.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription of ₹299 per month. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change with notice.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. Each billing cycle is a separate payment you choose to make; we do not auto-debit your card or bank account.
- If you do not renew, your account becomes read-only — your data is preserved, but you cannot add new records until you subscribe.
4. Payments & refunds
Subscription fees are charged for the period you pay for and are generally non-refundable once a period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@helloelectri.com and we will look into it.
5. Your data and content
- You own your data. The sites, workers, attendance, wages, expenses, payments, and customer details you enter belong to you.
- You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data only to provide and improve the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including any personal data about your workers or customers, and for having the right to provide it to us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: break the law; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems; resell or copy the Service; or use it to store data you have no right to hold.
7. Service availability & "as is"
We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. HelloElectri is a record-keeping and calculation tool — it is not professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying figures (such as wages, profit, and outstanding amounts) before relying on them. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloElectri will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period (see our Privacy Policy).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
